Ethnic minorities ‘lack online confidence’

I came across this very interesting article on Birmingham Post’s website about the research results conducted by Ofcom.
As the the article claims,  the research conducted  by Ofcom reveals many people from ethnic minority groups lack confidence finding content online and are concerned about content delivered on digital communications.
