6th way of increasing your earnings

Thanking Allah

Continual thanking of Allah for the present blessings bestowed upon us by Him is yet another guaranteed way to increase our wealth. When we appreciate and are content and grateful for the blessing we already have, Allah then increases these blessings, inshallah.

The proof that thanking Allah increases ones rizq/sustenance are many and one of which is in Surah Ibrahim where Allah tells us:

“And remember when your Lord proclaimed: If you are thankful, I will give you more (of my blessings), but if you are thankless, then verily, My punishment is indeed severe.”
Surah Ibrahim, 7

This is a clear, explicit verse in which Allah promises an increase in blessings if His servants are thankful to Him. This is one of the reasons that we find that the Prophet (saaws) would continually thank Allah , for it is only befitting that the One who provides all that we have be thanked.

So a true believer must give thanks to Allah by praising Him, attributing all his blessings to Him and worshiping Him for all the good that he has been blessed with for Allah to then increase him in these goods.
